Areas of concentration were cyber security, network and system security, SIGINT, software, usability, and database. All positions required TS/SCI and NSA full scope polygraphs. National Geospatial Intelligence Agency Projects: IEC Sust, and Intel IRAD. Recruited candidates for imagery and map-based intelligence solutions for Central Intelligence Agency Project: Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA). Recruited hardware, software, network, systems engineers to assist in the implementation of this program which focuses on enterprise-wide security. All positions required TS/SCI and CIA full scope polygraphs. Department of the Army (Communications Electronics Command, CECOM) Project: Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS). Sourced candidates to implement solutions for the software-defined radio designed to work with many existing military and civilian radios. Candidates worked on open-architecture frameworks of hardware and software creating mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs). Skill sets included encryption and wideband networking software and software communications architecture (SCA). Some of the positions required clearances. United States Agency for International Development Project: Famine Early Warning System Network (FEWS). Recruited candidates with expertise in agricultural economics, early warning, economics, emergency response, food security assessment, geography, planning, public health, and rural development. Department of Defense (Joint Chiefs of Staff) Project: Provide design and engineering of information assurance capabilities and help desk support. Sourced candidates for special operations forces worldwide, including components of the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force. In addition, our team was instrumental in sourcing candidates for a Pentagon enterprise initiative. All of the positions required security clearances. Consulting to Spacelink International (now DRS Spacelink) A satellite communications company involved in the design, integration, operation and maintenance of deployed satellite and wireless networks for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. intelligence community and other forward deployed federal agencies and multinational organizations worldwide. Department of Defense Project: Provide satellite communications services concentrated in the Middle East and Responsibilities included sourcing highly specialized professionals to provide engineering transmission systems, satellite bandwidth services, and related operational and maintenance to support the commercialization of Department of Defense and Coalition Provisional Authority. All of the positions required security clearances and overseas deployment. Consulting to AlphaInsight (now CACI) A technology company, which provides information technology solutions to the federal government in the areas of software development, network engineering, and information security. Department of Homeland Security Project: Oracle Portal Development Provided staffing of IT professionals supporting database management, portal design and implementation and overall management of the system. Most of the positions required security clearances. Department of the Army Project: Worked on staffing a $63 million contract which provided a wide range of information technology (IT) services under a multi-agency contract for U.S. Army Environmental Center (USAEC), the Department of the Interior Project: Certification & Accreditation Services. The contract was to provide Certification & Accreditation (C&A) of various information technology (IT) systems in use at the Department and its various bureaus and agencies. Recruited C&A, information assurance and other IT related candidates. Some of the positions required security clearances. Department of the Air Force Project: Subcontractor to Lockheed Martin to provide IT support services. The contract was to provide information technology services in support of the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency (AFPCA). Assisted in supporting AFPCA by providing managed services and classified voice, video and data assistance professionals. The full range of personnel under this contract included call center operations, enterprise IT management, VIP requirements, classified systems support, program management and engineering, and information assurance. Supporting about 7,500 Defense Department users in the region, AFPCA provides a full range of unclassified and classified, mission-essential IT services. Most of the positions required security clearances. Department of Commerce Project: Secure the Nation’s critical infrastructure. Our team was tasked with finding professionals who could develop tools to automate the analysis of critical infrastructure assets of federal agencies. Additional tasks included sourcing professionals to provide analysis of both public and private infrastructure. Some of the positions required security clearances. Department of State Project: Deliver state-of-the-art, web-based applications for worldwide use by the Foreign Services and Civil Services. Staffed the ISSO directives of Certification and Accreditation with CISSP professionals for the Bureau of Diplomatic Security. Additional responsibilities included sourcing professionals for a wide range of software development and systems engineering assignments for a different bureaus and offices of the State Department including the Office of the Secretary. A technology company delivering Program Management, Information Technology, and Information Management solutions to Federal, State and Fortune 100 clients Department of Labor Project: To design, build and implement a permanent processing system to document foreign workers. Sourced candidates to provide advanced capabilities designed to support the essential permanent business needs and procedures. These candidates were tasked with enhancing processing/reporting time, improving data accuracy, and providing employers with a more efficient way of preparing applications. Responsibilities also included sourcing professionals for Electronic Filing Systems development support, and Systems, Development Life Cycle Management (SDLCM). The positions did not require security clearances.
