SYSTEMS ENGINEER: (DLA ICAM Engineer, OIM Engineer)
Provide technical support, guidance and hands-on delivery working in conjunction with DLA application teams in the planning, implementation and integration of Identity and Credential access management (ICAM) requirements into DLA enterprise systems and applications. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Ensures that application and system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to ICAM requirements. Documents specifications, project plans, configurations, test plans and results. Depicts complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; communicates project objectives, scope and status to project teams.
Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) years of overall professional experience in the engineering field.
Five (5) years' experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) implementations and integrations.
Must possess a DoD Approved 8140 Baseline Certification for Category IAT Level II.
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) - DoD SECRET prior to onboarding
Nice to have:
Ideally MA/MS in a technical discipline with at least fifteen (15) years of overall working experience.

BUSINESS DATA ANALYST III: (Access Control Integrator)
Expert in Enterprise Architectures.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have expert experience in working with the DOD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA).
Seven (7) years of relevant experience

CONTROL VALIDATION SECURITY SPECIALIST – SENIOR (QA/Test Engineer)
Independently performs IT audits on complex information systems, applications, and enclaves to ensure that appropriate controls exist, are correctly implemented, and that procedures are compliant with Federal and DOD standards. Conducts accurate evaluation of the level of security required. Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Works at the highest level of all phases of information systems auditing. Provides technical support in the areas of vulnerability assessment, risk assessment, network security, and security implementation. Provides technical evaluations of customer systems and assists with making security improvements. Conducts cybersecurity control validation exercises on classified and unclassified networks, applications, and systems to validate the effectiveness of current security measures. Weighs business needs against security concerns and analyzes applied mitigations to evaluate whether they meet security requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Three (3) years of experience working with DOD1 8500.2 or NIST SP 800-53 and understand the principles of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Two (2) years of experience with eMASS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving security issues.
Proficiency in basic analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and Access, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, to include Word, PowerPoint
Strong skills implementing and configuring networks and networks components.
Experience weighing business needs against security concerns.

Provides IT services in multiple technical areas (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering), or a specific functional area (e.g., Identity and Access Management, Identity Analytics, Identity Governance). Administers, implements and sustains and troubleshoots Oracle Database, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Single Sign-On (SSO)/Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Provides technical writing to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered with timeliness and quality to the government.
Minimum Requirements:
Seven (7) years of experience.
Have supported DoD or Federal Oracle Identity products on an OIM, OAM, SOA based platform 12c or higher.
Has strong command of the English language.

SYSTEMS ARCHITECT - PRINCIPAL (Enterprise Application ICAM Security Lead)
Establishes system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM) requirements into enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Determines and identifies high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community and knowledge of the enterprise architecture. Designs system ICAM implementation architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Identifies, assesses, and presents options for meeting the functional and technical requirements including authentication and authorization, segregation of duties, privileged access management. Responsible for developing high-level system design diagrams.
Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization (ISO) reference models, and profiles of standards - such as Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model - as they apply to the implementation and specification of Information Management (IM) solution of the application platform, across the application program interface (API), and the external environment/software application. Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.

IT SYSTEMS AUDITOR (Enterprise SOD Configuration): Senior Level
Demonstrates understanding of the Federal Financial Improvement Act (FFMIA) requirements and experience applying FFMIA requirements in assessment of financial systems. Understanding of systems development phases and related work products, including requirements and design documentation. Plans, executes, and reports on information systems controls assessments. Understanding of GAO, the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual and Federal Audit Manual approaches, and ability to access information system controls in areas of Cybersecurity, access controls, change controls and segregation of duties. Demonstrated experience in evaluating controls Enterprise-wide SAP and Non-SAP applications and systems. Provides summary reports and working papers with detailed results and actionable recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field
Certified Public Accountant, in good standing.
At least 4 years of applicable financial or business experience, including at least 1 year of government experience.
Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
Excellent analytical and writing skills.
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
Knowledgeable in OMB Circulars A-123, Management’s Responsibility for Internal Control; A-127, Financial Management Systems; A-134, Financial Accounting Principles and Standards; and the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual requirements
Experience working with DoD/DLA
Experience with Federal accounting principles: how to apply them in various accounting systems, how data can be captured and analyzed in various environments.
